BN04 Develop the terms of an international agreement

Competency Description

To develop an international agreement it is essential to define the right export documentation and deliver goods while considering a broker, the right packaging, labels and marks, the appropriate mean of transport and insurance. You must be able to create contracts that consider specificities of international trade while using responsible legal practices.

Evaluation Description

This a 3 hour exam.

It is traditional exam (you can’t use resources).
